Xenadrine: Day 2

I haven't felt sick. I went for a nice walk and played frisbee with my hubby. So not so bad, but I have noticed my appetite is still a monster. Hopefully it will give me some nice results though :)

I slightly obsess with buying things online

Tattoo Idea # 1

This is a general idea for one of my tattoos. 

Of course I want to design it on my own but it proved to be difficult.

I also need to find an artist in LA who can do this type of work, it is a skill.

Xenadrine: Day 1

So I started to take these pills named Xenadrine. They are appetite suppresent pills as well as a semi-strong stimulant. Today is Day 1. It made me feel like shit and there was no difference in appetite, since I did not eat the whole day. You take 1 pill with 1 glass of water 30 min before breakfast, lunch or dinner. After four days of taking 1 pill, they suggest going to 2 pills before every meal

Now this isn't some easy weight loss pill, you still have to exercise and eat healthy. That means making sure you have veggies on your plate and going for daily walks.

I just have to get my boyfriends' support.
